冰貨/新鮮貨品

所有以邮寄DPD方式付运的冰货及新鲜货品,本公司都不会作出退款或退货保证,由于保质上和运送速度上的限制,购买此类产品时顾客需自行担所有风险,本公司在包装时会尽力维持产品温度和质量但并不能够作出任何保证。另外如顾客在货品到达时未能及时收取货品引起延迟导致货品品质有异,本公司恕不承担任何责任。

如貨品因任何原因被退回導致冰貨及新鮮貨品變壞,顧客需重新購買該產品及重新付運費,本公司方會再次寄出貨品.

食品类产品:

a.为保证食品安全,请顾客在签收此类商品后应当场验收并仔细查验,若商品存在外包装破损、缺少、变质、过期等问题,顾客可及时联系客服拍图反馈当前问题!在特殊情况下,您委托他人签收的行为视同于您本人已对商品进行签收,也希望你能尽快检查自己所收到的产品。谢谢配合!

b.食品类商品,一经售出,非质量问题,概不退换。

其他产品:

1.1 商品及商品本身的外包装没有损坏,保持出售时的原质原样,不影响二次销售。

1.2 退款货物必须为本公司发出的产品。

1.3 本公司拥有保留一切解释权!

1.4 如果顾客您需要取消订单,必须在付费当天下午4点之前通知本公司並提出合理原因;如果是在下午4点后的时间在本公司购买,取消订单必须要在第二天下午4点前。如貨品已出貨,本公司恕不接受取消訂單的要求. 本公司拥有保留一切解释权

1.5 顾客需要自行支付退货邮费。

1.6 退换货等售后服务有效期:14天。

Return Policy

Frozen/Fresh/Chilled/Perishable Food

All Frozen/Fresh/Chilled/Perishable food products that are posted through 3rd party courier (DPD) are non-refundable under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that the postage time and postage condition limits our ability to best preserve the product to its optimal condition, hence we are unable to guarantee the quality of the product. It is advised that the customer understands they take full responsibility when purchasing any frozen/fresh or chilled products.

The customer must ensure they are available when 3rd party courier delivers their parcel, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they receive the parcel at the earliest opportunity. Any damaged or degrade in quality of products due to delay in receiving the parcel will be the customer's sole responsibility. 

If or when parcel is returned to Oriental2U under any circumstances, any damaged goods will be chargeable and re-delivery fee will be applied.

Unwanted Items

Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) operates a returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations allowing you to return any item within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order. You have another 14 days to return the goods once return request has been granted. Please note that any postage cost incurred when returning your items during this period will be at your own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error. For frozen/chilled products, Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) will use the fastest delivery service (24 hours tracked service) to deliver our frozen/ chilled products to customers. Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) is not responsible for any damage of the frozen/ chilled products due to re- arrangement of delivery or customer is not home to receive the parcel .

Please note that Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) do not offer a refund for certain items only if they're in faulty:

  • perishable items: frozen food, chilled food, fresh vegetables and bakery items
  • any items which have been opened or package has been broken
  • any discounted items, Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) will offer you an exchange or a credit
  • unwanted items 
  • after 28 days of receiving delivery

Items must be returned in unused and in unopened packaging condition. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) only accept returns from the person who bought the item. 

Return must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.

We at Oriental2U (Unity Enterprise Coventry Ltd) do everything we can to ensure you receive your parcels in a timely and safely manner. However parcels can still occasionally be damaged during transit. If you have received any damaged items caused by inappropriate handling during delivery, please take a photo as proof and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or replacement.

if you find any items that are missing from your order:

  • First of all please carefully check your delivery note and see if your items are marked as out of stock
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect it is incorrect.
  • We will cover any return postage costs if you are asked to return the incorrect items
